The Hong Kong Festival Wind Orchestra under the direction of Fanny Ma gave the Hong Kong premiere of Nigel’s `Samurai’ in the gala concert in the Hong Kong Wind Festival. In 2009 Fanny Ma also conducted `Samurai’ when she was studying under Dr Paula Holcomb at SUNY Fredonia State (University of New York), New York State.
