IMG_1371Conductor Dr Robert Childs and the Grimethorpe Colliery Band premiered Nigel Clarke’s new brass band work “Further Adventures of the Same” at the Royal Northern College of Music’s Festival of Brass Bands at the end of January. This performance was then broadcast on BBC Radio 3 as part of the festival highlights. Nigel is International Composer in Association to the Grimethorpe Colliery Band.
